Good location

They upgraded our room upon arrival! The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a beautiful view room overlooking the city on the 14th floor. The pullout couch bed is really only suitable for one child. Our oldest daughter took the couch bed and said it was very uncomfortable so we had everyone in the extra large king sized bed. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was soft. The room was relatively clean, although a little dusty. Probably because of the location and the age of the hotel. The room was fully stocked with water and snacks. The bathroom was extremely clean! Breakfast was not included, so we had a five minute walk to Starbucks. The concierge accommodated us with a $15 shuttle ride to the cruise ship dock. The shuttle service was excellent and they took care of all of our bags.

We had a great time we were at the bite of Seattle and we thought we stop over on your property for the evening within the night and we ended up at Demetrius Jazz Alley and had a great time there dinner just a wonderful experience sunny the beds are wonderful so thank you very much ?

酒店非常的老，房间更差，窗帘又破又没纱窗，椅子破的扔在路上都比这个好，大家一定要注意??，千万不要选此酒店，房价高的离谱

房间够大宽敞，高楼层采光甚佳，可以清楚的看到附近的街景及海边。床很大也很舒服，隔音不错。位置离景点近，方便走路过去，monorail走路三分钟可到达，适合不开车的旅客。

很一般，床头灯闪烁，接触不良，没法用。

酒店地理位置便利，离light rail和monorail车站只有几分钟的路程，去机场和太空针都很方便。酒店设施一般，但床具舒服。酒店的全部工作人员态度都很好。因为酒店在路边，所以相对没有那么安静。但地理位置和服务值得选择。

酒店地段优势，交通便利，步行可到任何地方！环境不错，乾净整洁，虽然是个老酒店，但房间、衞生间都不小，房间看出去的景也好看（2336）特别是晚上。工作人员服务态度蛮好的，叫车用的软件也好（Uber），一叫非常快到位！还有等车服务处的工作人员很热情，帮助讲解，还把行李送到车上，很负责！这个酒店以后还会来，谢谢????

怎么説的，我一般不是特别事多，，打电话要了桶冰，一直也没有送到。这里最值得夸奖的是代客停车，都很热情，前台也没问题，收拾衞生也收拾的很乾净，但是衞生间有个灯的开关不好用，也没有收拾，住了四天。地里位置没问题。
